The Bayou (located on Friendship Street, next to Cumberland Farms) is a Smokehouse BBQ with fully cooked and ready to eat BBQ. Baby Back Ribs, Pulled Pork, Chopped Brisket along with house smoked turkey, honey ham, 1/2 and whole chickens along with salads and sandwiches. BBQ platters come with two sides and corn bread and family platter meals are also available. All meats and chicken are dry rubbed with our original bbq spice and slow smoked in our hickory wood smoker oven and are available spicy or sweet. BBQ sandwiches or lunch platters are also availble for your office, crew or whoever is invited for lunch!
